- Tags, folders and collections Organise prompts around how your teams actually work. Pin the ones people reach for most.
- Favourites and templates Keep your own favourites, and start new prompts from shared templates.
- Variable detection Placeholders in double braces are found and listed, so people know what to fill in.
- Search and filters Search titles, tags and content. Sort by recent use or by popularity.

- Full version history Every saved change is kept, with its note and its date.

Where is our data stored?
In an environment we host for you, or on your own infrastructure. If your prompts hold sensitive know-how, run it in your own data centre or cloud account and everything stays inside your boundary.
Does it work with any AI model?
Yes. PromptForge stores and organises the prompts. People copy them into whichever AI tool your organisation uses.
Can we connect it to our single sign-on?
Yes. Use OpenID Connect, which most identity providers support, or Google sign-in.
Who can see a prompt?
Only its owner, until they share it. After that, teams, roles and share links decide who can view or edit. Team activity is logged.
How is it priced?
