Speaking at Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence Omar Sultan Al Olama announced a national target to transition half of all government operations and services to agentic AI within two years. Alongside this, Abu Dhabi’s Department of Government Enablement confirmed a $3.54bn investment programme aimed at establishing the world's first AI-native government by 2027, with more than 40 public entities already consolidating data and systems.
